The role

M&Y Maintenance and Construction are searching for two Gas Installation Engineers to complete central heating and boiler upgrades within Regenda Homes and third-party client properties, specifically following our successful win of a 4+1 year planned heating installation works for RBH.

You will be working across the Merseyside, Lancashire and Manchester regions.

The right fit

You’ll possess ACS qualifications including CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1, CKR1, & MET1.
G3 Unvented is desirable.
You’ll have significant demonstrable experience in gas boiler installation within a building maintenance / social housing organisation essential.
You will also have knowledge of domestic heating system.
You will have experience of working to deadlines and agreed targets.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll also have fantastic awareness of Health and Safety and be conversant with the current gas regulations.
